I believe it started when I was 8 years old, When I first saw my grandma making hand-made dough. Since than I wanted to learn more and I started to create my own recipes. Making home bread and pasta was one of the first things that I have learned. It was then that I realized my true passion for food and that I wanted to become a great chef one day. After so many years dedicated to my family and my two children I can finally start to realize my dream. One of the first reasons for enrolling in George Brown College is to crown not only a dream but to grow professionally and as a human being in one of the most beautiful and multicultural cities of the world.

All my recent work experiences were related to food,in fact I have worked for almost a year as a cook but most of the time I have worked as an event planner and decorator.And this is what I mean when I talk about realizing a dream,open my own restaurant one day and at the same time dedicate a special space to decorate weddings and birthday parties. You can see in my gallery some of my works.
