The differences in foods that are high in carbohydrates and foods with added sugars are that in the first case our body can quickly digest the carbs converting them in glucose in confront with added sugars that our body convert in fat.
Added sugars in our daily diet can cause many disease such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
To eat more healthy is simple ,we can introduce in our diet whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds,by doing so we can reduce drastically heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol so the opposite of the effect that added sugars have in our body.
A whole grain is a grain of any cereal that contain the three parts of it ( germ, bran, endosperm ).
Some examples of whole grain could be quinoa, black rice, bulgur, millet etc.

These are two types of food the first one with added sugar( it is clear in the label) and the second one without but it contains the necessary carbs and protein that our body needs.
As we can see in the last picture pasta is a good example of carbo and we can make it in different ways such as with beans, sea fruits,or with pesto this one that i made ,you can find the recipe below.
